WHO WE ARE

Founded in 2002 in Houston, Texas, Midtown Business Services soon found that the Internet and modern telecommunications enable its staff to have "offices without walls." Our staff of seasoned professionals has experience in regulatory review, business reorganizations, heavy business editing, writing marketing copy, print management, staff development and management, business processes creation and review, ecommerce, and much more. Particular industries of expertise include financial services, accounting, investing, medicine, legal services, oil and gas, trade shows, travel, ecommerce and e-services, food service, and retail.

MBS principal Sarah Pair has more than 20 years' experience with Wall Street firms as an editor and supervisory analyst. She built and supervised a large publications staff in multiple locations around the United States; handled an annual multi-million-dollar printing budget; documented procedures and workflow for regulators; and constantly recruited and trained new editors and production staff. She also co-founded and continues to run another very successful ecommerce firm.

MBS principal Daniel Edwards has an extensive communications background, having been a public speaker and wordsmith for more than 30 years. He brings more than 20 years of business and administrative experience to Midtown Business Services and has successfully promoted numerous organizations through print and ecommerce advertising. He has served on the board of directors of several organizations, as well as being a successful entrepreneur.
